What to Expect
At your initial screening, you’ll meet with a personal counselor. Your counselor will help map out your best path to recovery.
Next, you’ll meet with a provider who will determine which medications are best suited for you.
Please plan to spend about an hour at this initial appointment.
At Your First Appointment
Remember to bring your Oregon Health Plan (OHP) ID card with you. If you don’t already have OHP, we can help you apply.
Supporting Your Journey
We know that medications are just part of the answer. Other issues – like housing, food and transportation – are also important. We’ll work with you to identify any problems that might hinder your recovery and help you resolve them.
